Our Work
We provide you with durable boards that are treated with care, are food-safe, will be kind to your knives, and won’t become a breeding ground for bacteria.
Most of our wood pieces are either made up of edge grain or end grain blocks of wood. The main reason you should NEVER place a wooden board into your dishwasher is that the prolonged exposure to heat and water will cause your cutting board to warp and crack.
Not only will it be difficult to chop on a warped or cracked board, but the cracks in the wood will become exposed to possible mold and other microbes that feed on trapped food particles and water.
How to care for cutting boards:
Hand wash only - never submerge in water
Wash your cutting board in warm soapy water then rinse thoroughly.
Dry the board immediately after & store it in a dry area.
